Last Soccer Game

In November, G had his last soccer game. He really loved soccer. He never wanted to leave the field so much so that he cried when they switched out players. Towards the end of the seasons he started to play more and kick the ball down the field. I was really proud of him. Most of all, he really looked up to his coach, Coach Joe. He was so good with the kids. I think Coach Joe's daughter wants to take gymnastics next, and he won't coach in the Spring but maybe we can talk him into it again. :) He's so good at it!! It was so cold at the last game, and I was running around trying to get ready that I didn't realize how cold it was outside. I win Mom of the Year. So we showed up with no coat. Geez. Anyway, another mom let G borrow their extra coat and he was so stubborn that he refused to wear it if it wasn't his. Double Geez. So here's my little boy who didn't get pneumonia that day, thankfully.

He's number 7 and the only one without a coat. :) The team name is the Green Giants.
